OK. Lets make it clear from the beginning that this is NOT a travel book in the conventional sense.
What it is is a collection of amusing anecdotes from all over the world about the strange, the unpleasant, and the grotesque. But in addition, Catherine Price looks at some overhyped, clichéd and just plain dumb attractions. Parabens; why should you be worried?
You’ve probably heard a lot about parabens, the preservatives found in so many toiletries, cosmetics, household products and even in food.
More people are taking note of the potential harm that can result from using products containing parabens to protect themselves and their family.
